Short version - No. Long version - Phono output (the output from a turntable, which was originally called a phonograph) is fundamentally different from line-level output (like that from a tape deck or CD player), and requires a special connection to match voltage and impedance (that's why amplifiers that support turntables have a special input labelled "phono"). Amps that support turntables have a phono pre-amp that boosts the signal and matches impedance so that the main power amp can have a sufficient signal to work with. If you want to use this unit to record vinyl you'll have to also purchase a phono pre-amp to plug the turntable into, and then that pre-amp would plug into the line-in on this unit.

Yes, I have used it with a MacBook Pro running macOS 10.13.6 (High Sierra). I have a V.TOP and also a Startech ICUSBAUDIO7D (they appear to be identical devices, rebranded) and they both work on macOS and Windows 10 without installing extra drivers. When you first plug it in to the Mac, you might find that it only plays through the "front" socket (third one along). You have to configure it with "/Applications/Utilities/Audio MIDI Setup.app" to get it give you surround-sound output. (I've only tested the analog mini-jack outputs, not the mic input or SPDIF in/out).

Q: will I be able to use for Astro a40s on my pc ?

I haven't tried a headset so I can't say for sure, but it runs my 15 year old Coby 5.1 Dolby speaker set just fine.
