Contains flouride and helps with enamel protection. I noticed a difference in a week. The description says 3 days so be patient. As far as using it for sensitive teeth, mine are sensitive and this doesn't bother my teeth at all.

My wife has tried many types of different brands of toothpaste but insists that I order this one for her. I use a different one that I have used for an eternity and I'm happy with it, but she is hard to please (lol). It is so good to use and within a week I could see the difference by using this paste

This paste keeps falling off from my toothbrush when I applied as it doesn't stick. In the end quite a bit of wastage.
