I’ve used a couple brands but I really like this one. It works well with white heads, milia and small pimples. I would not recommend it with active or infected acne.

Basic to have in hand
One advantage is this patch does not spread like oinments and stays in one place. It might not cure the acne in a night like magic but does work in 2 or 3 days if it's a huge cystic acne.Also to mention, it's travel friendly.Wash your face well and good then proceed to use this patch. Don't try to use it in the morning since its night patch.If you feel embarrassed of your cystic acne try round band aid to avoid attracting bacteria to existing cyst.

Product has changed
I have used these before and they worked extremely well but not sure why they don't stick properly now. I prefer the BHA slim ones over these
