Q: do you sell extra bed covers ?

No they do not sell extra bed covers and when ours was ruined and covered by warranty we still have not received the cover and they have do not know when they will get their stock. Their beds are excellent but the covers are poorly made so one washing and they come apart. There replacement covers take forever for you to get. I don't think I am ever going to get a replacement. I feel a little cheated about that as how can a compnay NOT know when they will receeive their covers.

Q: Anyone have a problem unzipping the cover? I'm on my second bed and can't get the zipper to unzip. Very frustrating because I want to wash the cover.

My zipper came off after one wash and I was not able to get it replaced. The zippers are a problem.

Q: Reviews of the cover are disappointing. Has the problem been fixed?

I've not had any problem with the cover. It washes beautifully, doesn't shrink and the seams are securely sewn. I can't speak for others but there's no disappointment here. :)

Q: Can the 52" bed fit one medium sized dog and one large dog?

I have the 48" bed and it just fits my 136 pound Great Dane. Without knowing how big your 2 dogs are, it's hard to say. I will say that this is the best bed I have ever found. My aging dog with severe arthritis loves the comfort and support it provides.
