Proper wheels
Proper wheels, move freely and metal construction makes they very strong. I'm heavy and I got fed up breaking the wheels on my chair, they would of been OK on a hard floor but I'm on carpet and they kept getting stuck and plastic broke when I pushed. These are all steal with a hard rubber solid tyre, much stronger and with ball bearings in the wheel and on the rotation they should last much longer I will add to this review in six months with an update.

Smooth replacement wheels
These wheels exude class and quality. It was so easy to replace my old (expensive) plastic wheels which tend to peel every 12-18 months. So far they roll smoothly on both my carpet and wood flooring. Will see how they fare in 12 months time but my confidence is high on these.It was also nice to see a personal note from the company itself. The box is unlike the brown paper ones and the guarantee is visibly printed. Nice!

This review is to my first ever handwritten note from a retail shop. If you cared enough to do that, it already says a lot about your product. So from the bottom of my heart, thank you!Moving on to the product, it is by far the smoothest wheels I ever glided on with a chair my whole life. Time will tell how durable they would be, but something tells me they’ll last long enough. Very easy to put on, though not that easy to take out, which should be a sigh of relief. Brilliant work you guys. Really hope you go as far as you dream and beyond with your family business.
