does this taste like egg

Taste is a mild vanilla. There is zero egg taste. I'm extremely picky with protein drinks. Many claim to taste good just to leave you with a weird after taste or grittiness in your mouth. This does taste good. ~ Jo

I haven't tried the Jay Rudd brand but I liked the NOW in rich chocolate. I'd give it a 8 out of 10. The vanilla flavor was pretty good as well. I drink equivalent to 7 egg whites of the shake at night before bed. The chocolate flavor would also help on the evenings I was craving something sweet.

What are the nutrition facts and ingredients?

I use this protein powder because I have not found any other that fits my standards of nutrition and ingredients. Iam am dairy sensitive and the egg white component meets that standard, I am soy and gluten intolerant, again this product fits my need. I needed something low in sugar, because I use steroids for asthma and have become insulin resistant. This product fits that need as it is the lowest sugar content I have found, and I've tried at least 10+ protein products. It mixes nicely with Rice or almond milk, and the taste is smooth and when blended with ice, makes a delicious smoothie. I am so happy to have found this at such a reasonable price. 5 thumbs up.
