We love this. It’s been in the lake for a few weeks. My boys don’t like the slide. They might be too old at 9 and 13. They use the slide as a boat. It’s not great for jumping but they love to play king of the hill on it. It doesn’t come with a pump, buts it’s the some size as the paddle board pump. We also got an anchor for it. I wanted it to stay out on the lake and move around.

This water trampoline sounded too good to be true...First off, it looked good. However, I did not receive the inflator pump and attachments, which were supposed to be included.I contacted customer support, via phone and email. Finally was told they would ship the pump to me.It never came.I could live without it, so I let it go. (Which is exactly what they intended, all along, I am sure).Then, after only 2 light uses, the trampoline sat unused for a few weeks.I noticed something amiss, and upon further inspection found that the bounce platform is actually only glued to the outer inflatable tube part.Now the thing is useless! My grandkids are so disappointed.Almost $500, and got used twice!Stay away from this product and company.Spend a few hundred more dollars and get a better quality trampoline. Be sure the bounce platform is attached via springs.

Have had for 30 days and glue laminate is coming apart. Kids love it.

This is sturdy & BIG! Kids had lots of fun on it in the lake. Heavy & awkward to move but not terrible. Helpful to have 2 people.Difficult to inflate fully. If not completely inflated, doesn’t really bounce. Needs to be anchored. We used 2 cement blocks & ropes.The listing shows an inflator several times, BUT it doesn’t come with one. Will need an inflator, preferably one that can inflate a deeper/longer SUP pressure fitting. My standard SUP inflator fitting was too short.The ladder is super cheap. Terrible rope and some wooden ladder rungs. Broke on first day, although it had a lot of use. This could easily be improved for not much extra. Company should do better to match the quality of the trampoline.Overall, really fun and looks durable. But, you’ll have to do some work to make it great.

We bought this for our grandkids to use in our lake. It is very bulky and needs more than 1 or 2 people to move it around. We decided to inflate it and keep it in the lake for the whole summer season, which worked out fine. The trampoline seems to be made well and is quite sturdy. HOWEVER, the ladder is poor quality and broke early on in the season, just as many other reviewers mentioned, so be prepared for this. My main disappointment was the lack of bounce height. the original photos on the item page showed adults bouncing quite high in the air....this will NOT happen! The photos are more than a little deceptive. Once the trampoline is floating on the water, the inflated ring subdues most bounces to less than a foot high. All 4 of our grandkids have yard trampolines and even the teenage boys were unable to execute the simplest tricks on this item and there is no rebound "launch" bounce for a second jumper. Had we known this ahead of time, we would not have invested such a large amount of our lake-toy-budget in what turned out to mostly be a large, slightly bouncy raft.

The pump that comes with it will not last to fill it up! It will overheat long before it's full!

The package came damaged. Without any sort of information or instruction to inflate. No adapters to connect to inflate and the ladder rope is frayed.However, the product does seem to be sturdy.I am extremely angry about having to pay $214 to return this item!!!! I will contact consumer affairs and local Channel 7 and hank philipy Ryan to help me get my refund!!!! How dare this company makes the consumer pay for the return!!!! That’s almost 1/2 the price of the trampoline!!!!The item could not be used and came damaged without instruction on how to inflate!!!! Even the 3 places I brought it to didn’t know how to inflate it!!!😡😡😡😡

Opened box for family vacation and wad disappeared th3 package was missing pump with all adaptors which makes it very difficult to use. Also missing was any instructions. I want the pump, adaptors an instructions shipped to me. Very disappointing for the kids.
