Can someone please clarify the bordeaux color ? It looks black and white in the pictures..

The silver one in the image is not available. This is not our listing. We do sell the one named Bordeaux. It is a deep wine/purple color. Very nice.

Can this be adjusted to accommodate taller glasses?

Not recommended to press over glasses or adjust the height.

It is manufactured in Turkey. Very good quality. I have juiced oranges, lemons and limes.

What is the diameter of the juicer?

The fruit diameter should be 4.45" of less to fit the cup.
