Independently published In The Shadow of Saint Stephen: The Old Grave Markers of Cloz

We are planning a trip to Cloz this fall and hope to find our ancestors who lived there. We found this book and it has been fascinating to read! "In The Shadow of Saint Stephen: The Old Grave Markers of Cloz" by Allen Rizzi is a detailed chronicle of the remaining gravestones from the old cemetery of Cloz in Val di Non. Much research went into this book regarding the town, cemetery and families of Cloz. Allen Rizzi diligently photographed and described each stone, including history regarding the origins of some of the families. Having visited Val di Non, but not Cloz, this book will be my guide on my next visit as I become personally acquainted with each stone along the church wall.
