Bought this for a friend to use hunting. Blindingly bright if pointed at your eyes, even in a well lit room. Has USB charging which I love in place of the typical cohort of batteries that either go dead or start rotting while the unit sits unattended. Dimmer function works well though I wish it allowed for a dimmer final setting it does provide a range of brightness that doesn't limit you to full blast. I'd guess it gets you down to 40% of the over-all brightness. Fitment was good, and the unit is quite light and unobtrusive. Definitely lighter than the units I have that take 3AAA batteries. I've had a lot of headlamps and wish I had bought one of these for myself.

I don't like the headbands since I wear a cap all the time. The clip it comes with slides right on a cap bill,collar of a shirt,or even the fold on a winter tabogin. Easy on button function and for it's size last an hour on high!

Best headlamp for the money, very light rechargeable and very bright, best headlamp I've owned.

We run into many black outs and during the massive freeze here in Houston February, 2021 we needed this item to function. 3 days no power- 6 weeks without running water- and on top of that -the product anticipated to serve our need- it did not work -actualy all three I purchased failed. They broke apart, but before they broke apart the actual light did not remain on the head band. A defect for sure and over all waste of valuable money.They were Christmas giftstotal flopWonder if they have a money back or replacement policy. Since February its been hectic here as we are STILL RECONSTRUCTING!Thanks
