No, acoustic tub ear pieces do not have wires, they are just tubes.

Q: Are these compatible with titan radio surveillance kit trsk & tr4sk?

Don't know anything about Titan, but they work quite well with our Kenwood's and Motorola's.

Q: Is this for right of left ear? They always say universal but that isn’t true since they’re bent for either the left or right side. Thanks

I wear it on my left side no issues, I would change the ear piece though to the better molded open sound ones
