Has this caused mold for anyone?

Its been about a month now and I'm not seeing any mold or mildew, but I would assume these are not much less likely to prevent it under the right conditions any more or less than some of the more expensive ones.

Does this feel like a regular shower pouf?

To me it feels much more rough than a regular shower pouf.

Why is there galvanized iron in these?

No, I believe it’s all plastic
