What color is this pencil?

There are several colors. I got light brown and i have white hair. Blends nicely.

What color is neutral blonde? Where is the lt brown? What color would u suggest for all grey hair.

I use the Taupe color. You can make it as light or dark as you like.

Is this product waterproof and if so, how long does it last? Would it last an entire weekend on the beach, pool?

I love this product, but no, it's not waterproof. I would say it lasts 1-2 days if you are careful about not rubbing your eyes.
