Very good padding and helps with the grip
I love these straps and use them often. The cushioning on the inside is just perfect to protect the wrist and if you are wearing any bracelets it helps protect that too during heavy lifting and the straps fit perfectly to help with the grip.

Its a bit thicker than it should be
A bit thicker than it should be. Im used to it so yeah who cares. Waiting for it to get a bit wear out to have good grip.

Good Value Heavy Lifting Straps
The Sunny Health & Fitness Lifting Straps with Neoprene Padding are much thicker than my previous pair. That bodes well for durability. They are easy to slip on and adjust for maximum grip. These help out with the various exercises where I'm limited by my grip strength. I'm enjoying them so far and pushing myself harder.~ Kort
