Very plain…
This bar is really good if you have a lot of allergies. It was just very plain in my opinion and I struggled to finish one because of the taste and I tasted more ‘spice’ than anything. It’s chewy so if you have sensitive teeth, it’s easy to eat. I personally enjoy ‘No Nuts!’ Bars; they have SO much more flavor.

Excellent product for those with allergies

full of fiber
I wanted more fiber in my diet and had one on a Jet Blue flight. This was much bigger than the one given on the flight and had a different taste which I don't care for. Doubt I would order it again.

Loved these! I eat a bar every day so I’m always in search of a new one that I can try for the next 6 months and this one is it for me now! It’s healthy, filling but light and delicious. And I appreciate their simple ingredients and affordability.
