I like it. Shopped around a long time to find one reasonably priced and that would fit. I’m 5’6 usually wear a size 18/20 but I’m heavier now so closest to the 20. Based off the size chart I decided to get the 6x. It’s a good fit. Kinda snug but not too snug. I can workout in it. I feel like I could have maybe gotten the 5x but then it may have been too tight to move enough to work out in. So I’m happy with this one. Well made. Secure. Nothing rolls up like my other sweat belts have done. It totally stays in place. Even with some sweat. I highly recommend if you’re look for a plus size belt like this.

I’m a pretty solid girl and my natural waist measurements is 44.5 in., so I took a chance and I’m so happy I did it pulls you in and the straps stay in place while I was working out. I haven’t worn a waist clincher in a long time, so it’s a little uncomfortable for me now(as expected). I love the 3 Velcro straps. They although me to unadjusted accordingly(I like to make the middle one a little tight). This one is overall better than the previous waist clincher that I more prior to my getting pregnant with my third child.

I have been wearing corsets for over 10 years and as you could imagine through that time I have had many because I am very rough on them. While this is definitely my favorite it does have some short comings too!First lets address the big issue. The sizing is so crazy and weird based on sellers recommendation that I do not even want to try and explain. My first two I returned and finally the third was a perfect fit. If you look at the reviews you might want to notice how many are less than 5 or 4 stars because of size issues. While that is completely understandable and frustrating it should be noted at the same time that everything else in the reviews are good about what the product actually does. Also keep in mind that if you took two people same weight and same waist size and ordered the same corset one will say too big while another will say too small. The reason is our bodies are all different from our height to our bone structure to even our fat distribution. And always remember a corset will never work if its too big. If it is not extremely tight on the first row of hooks then its too big! The great thing with amazon prime are returns are free with sizing and my replacements came very quick! SO be prepared to return it until you get it perfect!As far as being comfortable this one does pretty well but not the best! As I said I am very rough on them and I wore this one everyday even when working outside and never took it off until I went to sleep! After the third month the tummy pooch area was giving a bit and I knew I would have to order a replacement soon.So you might be wondering after I stated the sizing is crazy, its not the most comfortable one I ever had, and the tummy area gave a little why in the world I would give it 5 stars. For the very important 3 following reasons.First the price. I could get one that would hold up better and be a tad bit more comfortable for three times the price of this one and more.Second most importantly it really works! I got so made after month 2 when I was on the third row of hooks and it was loose. I said this cheap thing has stretched. But then I measured my waist and was shocked that I had lost over 3 inches with this. So of course it was loose because my waist was smaller. I was laughing and smiling that day! Think about this. I was sick with stomach virus or whatever for 3 days. It was all I could do to eat a small portion of chicken broth. I of course could not wear this. I lost 4 pounds over that but my waist went up an inch from not wearing this! Thats right I lost 4 pounds and from not wearing my trainer my waist honestly increased an inch size. That really shows you how well this works! And works better than those high priced ones! Hard to believe but true with me !Third and finally I am getting so CURVY! I really have an hour glass shape now! None of my other corsets ever did that. When I bought this my purchase decision was zero with the curves in mind because none of all my other corsets did anything to improve that! I bought a new top a month ago and I was like wow it looks so good in a different way and then it dawned on me that this waist trainer was giving me a noticeable hour glass figure. I am still shocked and so excited at how much curvier I got!So I got my budget ready so next month I can order one size down! I am definitely ordering this one and so excited about my future results! I like this product, very thick and comfortable. Maybe too comfortable but getting it on is a challenge. The zipper is not stiff enough to zip all the way if you have a belly so what I did is zip it half way and put them on like pants which did the trick. It’s very comfortable once you have it on. I’m 5’6 and weigh 225 pounds.

I have been on meds that cause some weight gain around the lower tummy area. Regular shapewear is too stretchy to control anything and created a pregnancy ball look. Corsets show under clothes and are not easy to get on and off. This is perfect. Flattens the front, tho not completely. It controls the "mother's apron" and does not add nearly the bulk with jeans that a corset does. The only way to add more control would be to add flat steels in front instead of the spirals, and at this price point, I may buy a few extra and try it on one.SIZE and FIT: I am a 27" natural waist with a very straight boyish figure and a longer torso. No spillage! I was able to get this on the tightest setting out of the box. It is snug without creating back bulges and is much more forgiving than a rigid corset because of the stretch in the fabric. I will be ordering the small as well, but the medium is very comfortable.The top edge sits right at the bra line but is forgiving enough that it does not cause the underwire to dig in (tho the girls will sit higher). The bottom edge rests slightly over the hips so it can be worn under pants without being obvious.TIP: Do wear a cami or a liner, especially in hot weather or it gets real sticky real fast. I was outside in 100-degree heat with a cotton cami on underneath this with a tank dress on and was pretty comfortable.
