Low quality - weak plastic heads of the blade shaft
I am very disappointed with this product. I had been using another similar Braun appliance for many years and that's why I chose to buy this brand. As I opened the box I realised that the quality of the materials was very poor. Indeed, just 2 weeks later, using the chopper, the blender hand didn't adjust well to the blade shaft, and the head of the shaf broke into pieces. Now I will have to claim the company and I hope their customer service is better than their products.

Mitt bästa köp på länge. Använder den till allt möjligt och den orkar bra med de olika tillbehören och låter inte så mycket heller. Så otroligt nöjd med den och alla bra tillbehör.
