**Q: Will this work on a dodge ram 1500 spring?**
A: I am not so sure but from my experience it can damage the protective coating on the springs. It is difficult fitting a straight edge on a coiled spring. You may want to look into other options.

Not to be used on SUV springs. Mine broke while compressing a coil spring of Pajero.It will probably work on small passenger car coil springs.
