Does the can come with the red spray nozzle tube with the curved adapter?

It should. I purchased different ones over the years and the ones with the big black cap are the ones the come with the tube. The other sea foam cans have a small cap for pouring. Hope that helps

I have heard this is bad for maf sensors. I have a map sensor on the throttle body, would this also affect that?

Yes. The Tech Guys suggest you disconnect the air inlet tube/duct and spray beyond the sensor. The aerosol comes with a plastic "bent" tube to reach in the back. Check out some of their YouTube videos.

Is this product used by pouring into fuel tank before filling up?

No. This is the one product they make specifically NOT to be poured into the fuel tank which is also why it's an aerosol spray for spraying into the air intake. Just read the descriptions or even just the listings and you'll see which are for what purpose.
