How does it move exactly? I heard it was able to swap places with other pieces or something is that true?

Yes, there are two moves that you can do with a Pillbug. The first is that it moves just like the Queen, one space at a time. However, instead of it moving, you can move a piece that is touching the Pillbug by placing that piece on top of the Pillbug and then down beside the Pillbug (one up, one down). It is called the 'Pocket Version" and yes this is the smaller version of the set, not the regular sized version.
