Maintains ice for a reasonable time, half day under the sun. The cart is very useful for moving the cooler when full and can be folded for easy storage. For quality I would say it is medium, the plastic is strong and resists a good beating but the handle assembly is plain painted metal. After a while of use at the beach or saltwater environment, it starts to rust from the inside out.
