Great Instant Dry Yeast I’m very happy with this instant dry yeast. It works really well for homemade bread and other baked goods, and it’s easy to use. So much yeast but so good
This bag is massive and will probably outlive me at this point. I only use about half a teaspoon for a few decent sized baguettes so it barely makes a dent. Works beautifully though and gives great rise every time. Just remember to get it to room temp. I keep mine stored in a Pyrex in the fridge and it stays fresh. For the price it is honestly a steal considering how long it lasts. Tastes soooo good.

Need longer shelf life.
I like this yeast for baking but I wish I had longer than 5months to use it all. Mine is in the fridge to help keep it as fresh as possible.
