This was my first experience with Tulsi (aka Holy Basil) and I was thrilled with the taste. I got it specifically for adaptagen benefits and to try as eye wash. Both were successful and I'm very pleased to say the quality is fantastic. I will adaptagen order this again and I highly recommend it.

This is good quality tulsi. Makes delicious tea just on its own.

Holy basil or tulsi tea and melatonin are about the only things you can take for severe night-terrors or severe nightmares. A webinar from a bunch of functional medicine doctors recommended tulsi tea and this product fits the bill. The doctors regularly proscribe tulsi tea for combat veterans with PTSD and night-terrors.The price is great and the quality of the tea is very, very good. Some other brands grind tulsi tea into a powder which sucks because it is hard to filter out for a decent cup of tea. This tea has a nice loose leaf consistency that is easy to filter. The tea is good cold or hot.Tulsi tea is an adaptogenic herb that gives you energy when you are tired or calms you down when you are anxious. There are a bunch of health benefits but I only drink it at night for nightmares. Tulsi tea has been used for thousands of years in India and is very safe as a tea.I started having severe nightmares after working for the government while I was in law school. Nothing else out there seems to help. I hope this product helps you too.

Very happy with this purchase

This tea is tasty and it's supposed to be an adaptogen. I find it relaxing and lifting. My only complaint is that I have a fine mesh tea strainer, but I still have to filter it twice because it has a lot of small particulate. Overall, worth it!

Excellent Holy Basil. I've gotten some of the other major bulk holy basil tea found at amazon (which has been good), but this really shines. Amazing smell when you open the bag, super fresh and looks like they are very careful how they dry it to retain all the essence of fresh basil. This contains only the Krishna type of holy basil. It's a couple more bucks than some others, but this is higher quality. Think this will be my go to from here out.

Really high quality, lovely fragrance that I will almost always smell before I make a cup of tea.
