When you have a facelift, you need to keep your head elevated and not roll from side to side. In other words don't sleep on your face. I had been a stomach sleeper all my life. I didn't know how I was going to do this sleeping on my back sitting up in a chair. I purchased this pillow and it was like a miracle. It is so supportive, and the bumpers on either side of my face kept my head in place. Along with the satin cover, this product really helped me get through my recovery. After a month, I laid down again and continued sleeping on my back with this wonderful product. Sometimes I want to sleep on my side. This pillow works wonders for side sleeping because it is so soft on your face, yet supportive. This is one of the best products I've ever purchased!

Once I figured out how to put this pillow case on it fit like a glove! Honestly I was just about to package it back up and return it thinking some of the other reviewers we right about poor quality control and improper fit. Thankfully I had the idea to remove the cover that it came with and compare them. They were exactly the same, so I followed how the original one went on and sure enough it fit perfectly. I guess I was inserting it backwards or something. I tried using just a regular pillowcase and it just didn’t work right so I’m glad I figured it out. So get it and don’t give up if you put it in wrong, it does fit and the quality and stitching is very good.

I wanted to give this zero stars but apparently cannot post with one star being selected. It does not deserve even 1 star. Horribly made. Day one after placing this on my pillow and sleeping with it the seems ripped loose after night one. Terrible product-quality is extremely poor. I attempted to request a replacement or exchange but seller never replied at all.

Love that this pillowcase fits the YourFace pillow like a glove (I read another review to take note of how the original cover fits and just follow those seam lines when putting it on...worked like a charm!) What I don't love is how slippery my pillow is now. In addition to the YourFace pillow I also use a wedge in an effort to reduce or at least slow down wrinkles and aging. I might get out my sewing machine and add a layer of something that will give a little more friction to the backside of my YF pillow so it isn't sliding around all night. I'm an active sleeper and I'm still working on training myself to back sleep all night, so YMMV if you're a calm back sleeper that doesn't move much. But all in all, this is a good addition to the YF pillow, way better than a big standard pillowcase flopping around.

Pillow has two heights so it will feet any neck issue positions. Very soft yet comfortable and sturdy. It’s challenging to lay on the back but it feels so good. I love using it but prefer to have a regular pillow next by just in case of sleepless nite when I can’t make myself comfortable

The pillow is great, but the zipper on the satin case breaks easily. I’ve purchased two in the last year. Hoping the company sees this and replaces the case at no charge.

The pillow is helping me learn to sleep on my back to aid in recovery from a shoulder injury. It’s going very well and the whole sleep situation is much improved and more restful. The case itself it very soft and it washed well with delicates. I hung it to dry. Even sleeping slightly on my side is very comfortable. This pillow and case would be ideal for someone with eyelash extensions to encourage sleeping on your back.

The pillow case advertised for the pillow DOES NOT FIT????!!!! I even gave the benefit of doubt and ordered it 2 different times, thinking I just didn’t try hard enough to make it fit? Well NO! It’s not me . My husband even tried putting it on and he is a genius and he couldn’t do it! This pillow case absolutely unequivocally DOES NOT fit the pillow!!!! Very Frustrating to say the least!! I use my own bamboo case.

I love the pillow, it's terrific. I don't have any neck pain since then and don't wake up in the morning so wrinkled on my face - wonderful.
