Came a month late, nobody contacted myself after I emailed to see where it was. When it finally tipped up 2 of the 4 speakers weren’t working and the 2 that do work are all distorted, the vibration doesn’t work and the chair it’s self wouldn’t lock into the upright seating position as the locking mechanism is bent out of shape, also the side has scuff marks and a small rip (obviously been dropped) before packaging as the box and all packaging were in good condition. Not exactly a cheap item and definitely not worth the money if it come in the same condition as mine ABSOLUTE JOKE

I was a little worried about this when we placed the order. It has good reviews, but there are some reviews that had me wondering about the quality. Well, I can ASSURE you that the quality on this is VERY HIGH for the price and greatly exceeded my expectations. This chair feels very well made and has high quality, thick leather - not a thin veneer or anything like that. It looks VERY good quality, the stitching is great and looks and feels like high quality leather furniture.Next up is the sound and electronics. I was VERY worried about this aspect of the chair. It seemed very possible that the chair might be fairly well made, but that the electronics wouldn't be high quality or the sound wouldn't be rich and full - but the speakers sound very full and have a nice, solid, firm and punchy bass (no long vibrating rumble, but instead it is powerful, punchy bass that is tight and hits hard and fast. If you are looking for a deep long muddy rumble, you will want to look elsewhere - this is crisp and tight.Please don't misunderstand, it isn't LACKING anything, it is excellent. On a scale of 1-10 I would give the audio a solid 8 points. There is some room for improvement, but it exceeded my expectations. There are four speakers that provide the stereo sound. The top pair of L&R speakers seem to do a large part of the work. The bottom pair add some ambiance. Then the subwoofer in the back of the chair also has a resonance chamber to make the bass even more pronounced. It actually sounds very good and isn't just some junk thrown in with wiring to get sound to all the speakers - it feels and sounds like there was some thought and engineering that went into the speakers.There isn't an EQ, but you can turn the bass up and down. So that sort of provides some degree of adjustment.One other neat feature is the rumble seat. You can adjust the degree of "rumble" but basically we leave it turned up to the max. It isn't overpowering. But it is cool and adds a neat feature that has the chair vibrate when there is an explosiong or if there is a loud punchy bass point in the music or sound effects.It sounds great. One thing we are really noticing in Fortnite is that the guns all have very distinctive sounds and it feels much more real when the guns sound so realistic. Also, the in-game chat is VERY clear and easy to understand. Very nice touch!I really thought that we might not end up using the speakers, but we have been pleasantly surprised with the quality.Another neat feature is the multiple method of hookups. It comes with several options. Ideally you would have a surround sound input, but this actually works well.We simply plugged the short headphone jack into the headphone output on the computer, and then plugged that into the transmitter that they provide. It takes 3 AAA batteries. It immediately connected with a very clear conecton. There are three channels to choose from, but channel one worked just fine for us. This method worked well for us and did not create any conflicts for us at all.The only problem we have encountered is that it sits very low. We knew this going in, and we thought that this would be ok for our setup, but now that we have it, we are wondering if we should have gotten a simiilar chair with a small round stand. But most of those models only had 2.1 surround sound and not the 4.1 version.Right now there is no way for us to report on longevity or how well made the product is over time - but I will report back if it falls apart anytme soon (TRUST ME, I will be back if it breaks... LOL) But at this time, I would absolutely recommend this chair to anyone asking me about gaming chairs - it has turned out to be nicer than we expected and seems to be well made and well designed and we are very happy with it.

Wicked chair, sounds great, nice and comfy, looks quality, wireless sounds worked great. Only downside is that it is a little low and I wish I could attach a stand to hold it still and not rock sometimes. Bought for racing sim, but cant use pedals without rocking. There is a model with a pedestal, but this one was half price during Cyber Monday so I got it instead. Can't knock them for that as it is design and they have a model with the pedestal - probably just would have preferred that model.

The chair is perfect 👌 I agree with the other reviews about the wireless device. It makes a high pitch noise every once in a while. Wired it sounds better then wireless. Surround sound is perfect! The vibration is great but when not using it I can feel a ball protruding hitting the middle of my back. With that said if this ever becomes unused or I stop paying the monthly warranty for all my product's I would definitely buy it again. Oh one last downfall but may not be for others. The 3.5mm cable I have it set up (the chair) where I get off it by that cable. Broke it, replaced 2x now. So I would advise you to set it up where your not getting off the chair where that cable is.

Fantastic chair. 4/5 for comfort as it's a bit stiff since they need to keep you off the sub/rumbler. As for the wooden structure bar that goes across the front of the seat doesn't affect me unless i'm sitting more foward but i'm usually leaned back. The sound is pretty good for being stereo but since i have it hooked up to my laptop in the headphone port i use razer surround sound to get virtual 7.1 and well.... it's amazing. 220$ chair 20$ program for the same(pretty damn close) sound as a $500+ surround system is a hell of a deal. Brings a whole new love to movies, i've watched 6 movies in the last 3 days and just can't get enough! Great chair. Highly recommend buying the 6.6ft cable adapter as the extra 2.6 feet make a massive difference for placement in any room
