i know manic panic haircolors are semipermanent; does that include this product or is bleach necessarily permanent?

Bleach is permanent, with bleach you are taking the color out of your hair!

How long should you keep mixture on?

At least I usually leave it for at least 30 minutes. Because it's semi permanent color not permanent color you can't harm your hair by leaving it too long.

how long of hair will one kit do?

We had plenty to do mine that was just below my shoulders, so I think if you have longer hair than that, it's probably better to get 2. UNless you know hot to stretch it farther than I did. Better safe than sorry.
