Nice and healthy

For many reasons (health being the primary one) we prefer Ceylon cinnamon. We use a lot of cinnamon to cut down on the stevia and sugar we use. We tried a few and liked Frontier's for having the freshest flavor. We also buy their teas and so far, nothing from them disappoints. I like that they offer this cinnamon not only in the small jar, but a modest size packet and a large bag too for those who wish to save by buying in volume. Highly recommend.

I like the taste, texture is good, quality is organic and its good for cooking as well as regulating your blood sugar. The smell is great.

I put this with my coffe my oatmeal and this regulate sugar levels, blood pressure this is amazing. Even your mood change just because it helps regulate your hormones in your body so I highly recommend this brand.
