I received this today and after having others brands in the past, I can say that this thing is a piece of JUNK. The chain is very thin and I know it would take almost nothing for it to break. The chain is too short, I can well image the problems I might have when angina hits and I have to try to reach this thing and unscrew it when it is around my neck or try to unclasp it. Also, it is so smooth that I am wondering if under an emergency situation of I could even grasp it to unscrew it. It came with no seal or o-ring and because of that, there is no "tighten it to close it" The threads are very loose which I can see will cause this JUNK to open extremely easily ion its own. It came in the shown case, however seeing the words "In Loving Memory" printed in the box is kind of disturbing for a container that is supposed to carry pills like Nitro meant to save a life! .You can see in my photos the case printing. In addition, you can see the length of the chain comparted to a standard business sized envelope. NO WAY anyone can get this over their headI advise that you do not buy this piece of junk!

Pros: It does what I need it to: keep my emergency medication in it. Gives me a peace of mind to know it is always on me, that the "charm/ pendant" is waterproof.Cons: I wish it were smaller; even if just a little. Being it's for me, I personally would like it to be a little more "dainty" but that's a personal preference. Another con for sure though is the fact that it is a screw on/off so when you need the medication, you are there unscrewing (which yes, it needs to be to be waterproof) but I wish there were another way in that nick of time. And screwing it back on afterwards during that emergent time. My goodness. Felt like 10 years.Overall though, product serves its purpose. I wish they had other shapes and sizes for the same purpose with the same quality but hey, you can't have it all!

This product is fine but you will need to give it a very good cleaning inside, Shavings and oil- Use Alcohol and a bunch of cotton swabs to clean this. It takes a good bit of cleaning until the swabs come out clear.I found this to be true with most of these types of pill containers sold on Amazon. Better check yours.Nitro pills can get lodged in all of these. Use a wee bit of cotton on the bottom inside and carefully put pills in then check them regularly to make sure they are not stuck.

Ordered this for my son to keep his epilepsy meds with him, but didn’t realize it is TINY. None of his pills could possibly fit in there let alone more than one. Nitro pills are the only thing small enough that I could think might fit inside. I’m bummed because otherwise it looks nice and seems well made. Returning for something else.

When I opened the cylinder, I could see black inside. The 4 Qtips it took to clean each end of the capsule came out black! I clean the inside of both pill holders, rinsed them with alchohol, wipped them dry. If they stay clean, I might use them. Never order again!
