Wanting to buy a small (handheld) rechargeable us vacuum cleaner that is 110v to use in chile with 220v. would this converter work? what wattage?

Yes it will. Converts up and down from 110v to 220v easily. Also has fuse protection to prevent overload. I use to convert a 220v aquarium pump I bought from Korea down to 110v. Works great. WIll work for anything in the range of 5w to 100w.

If the tv i want to use this with requires 95 volts, am i good to buy the 100 watt converter or should i go with the 300 to be safe?

You probably meant watts not volts. And yes you should assume some watts are taken by the device it self and/or manufacture issue. Get 20-30% more .

If my outlet its 110 watts and i want to run 220 to it will this work

Eric the outlets are usually in volts and for the product you want to use you should know the voltage and wattage. This can be used for both 110 and 220 volts inputs and outputs. The wattage of the product you want to use should not be more than 100 watts.

I bought a aroma oil diffuser in 220 volts and i am in the US which is 110. Will this work ?
