I found the history useful but in the end turned to YouTube to learn how to use the singing bowl I had purchased.

this is a birthday gift and i think that the book is full of useful information, however it arrived torn on the back cover...so it looks like i bought a reject..i hope he dose not think i did when he gets it on his 40th birthday with his singing bowl! i would have given 5* if it was not a reject. see pic.
