how does the subwoofer connect, is it wireless?

It is not wireless. The desktop subwoofer is wired directly to the desktop speakers which connect to your computer via a standard 3.5mm audio jack. Notably the subwoofer lacks a crossover circuit or control, so the same amount of bass passes through it and your desktop speakers, so keep your bass very low to avoid permanent damage to the desktop speakers.

Can these be used with a turntable?

If there is a 3.5mm jack, yes. If not, I'm sure you can find a conversion cable for a few bucks.

Is this 3.5mm jack or other imput?

The speakers connect to your PC (or other device) via a single 3.5mm stereo jack.
