Fresh Scotch Bonnet Peppers 100g - imported weekly from Jamaica

This was our first purchase of this product. My Wife seems to be able to eat anything hot. She is still to meet her match. Fresh products received. Will definitely buy again.

needed 2 Scotch Bonnet peppers for a recipe. Where I live you are lucky to get standard peppers so I turned to Amazon, not really expecting much. Well, within 24 hours (Prime) I received 100gm of beautiful, fresh peppers, supplied weekly from Jamaica. Will use 2 and dry the remaining 6 for future use. Excellent service.

Thought price was a little high. Came well packaged and not quite ripe so time left to ripen. This only took a couple of days then they began to go soft, order nearer time of use would be my recommendation.

The description states “ Fresh Scotch Bonnet Peppers Chillies 100g - Imported weekly”.What I received looked a lot older than what was advertised. As an example the stems were very withered and black. And the skin was less “plump” and was showing early signs of dryness which should never happen with “fresh” peppers.My base analogy is like ordering “fresh” bananas but the stem is withered and black and the skin has lots of black spots already.Very disappointing.

There always good quality. Come in varied size and colour but mainly as shown. Keep repeat buying. Very happy customer.

Would not buy again from this company arrived super late and the quality of the peppers is bad they look lifeless I ordered as I was cooking for a party of people was very disappointed that one of the main ingredients came nearly a week after the party I held off requesting refund as I thought well at least I will have them and can freeze them for future use they are very bad quality and off almost wouldn't waste money or time with this company will try else where I future

I like the freshness of this pepper and the heat is fantastic. My only turnoff was the size and of the pepper sent to me. I was charged almost £10 for this small amount of pepper. Not value for money but I suppose if you live in a place where you access african shops then you have no choice but to buy this.
