Not sure how good for you, but...
I'm into healthy products, and i don't know how good these truly are for you, but they taste good. I use them and also grind one up and add it to 8 oz of water to pour small amounts on my 20 yr old cat's food. It helps prevent him from vomiting when he doesn't eat within a certain time frame, and reduces his urinary tract infections.

Orange promised, but it taste like Bergamot.
I expected something else. It has that old bitter Bergamot flavor. If one likes Earl Grey Tea, then this is for you.The promised orange flavor is not provided, not even close (or I got an old batch, I can't decide.)The Berry flavor was great.

This is the best tasting Vitamin C supplement I've ever had.
The flavor is excellent. The glass bottle arrived in tact, no issues/no breaking. I actually look forward to taking it, I wish all my other supplements were as good. I will be reordering.

Bad aftertaste
My 5 year old son won’t eat it. I tried it and it has a strong vitaminy after taste. I’ve tasted better so it’s a no for me.
