Unreliable second hand phone with faulty battery from day 1
I have purchased this second hand refurbished phone on Amazon Prime thinking I would do something sustainable in recycling / upcycling an old device. Turns out I was wrong. I have just financially supported someone in disposing of their electronic garbage.Roughly 2 months after my purchase and a very scarce usage of the phone (I use it only as back-up phone with a foreign SIM card) the battery meter started to get faulty and wasn't tracking my battery usage anymore. A couple of weeks later, my battery would last 10-30 minutes and then die without early warning because of the faulty battery meter.Today, not only 3 months after my purchase the phone doesn't recharge anymore. It shows only a black screen and sometimes would show the battery with a question mark in it. Despite my very light usage and good care of the device I have paid 185GBP for disposing the electronic garbage of someone else. A very bad investment!
