Q: Noticed it says these are ok for use on some plastics, not all? which plastic should this paint -not- be used on? would miniature plas./resin be ok?

These are watercolor paints, I don't think they are for anything else but watercolor. Go to google and type in paints for plas/resin. These might not be permanent color to use on that.

Q: How are the iridescent calligraphy colors different from their iridescent India ink?

If you are talking about the sparkle ink sprays, there’s a big difference. The ink sprays are much lighter in texture.

Q: Can these be used with the glass dip pens and metal dip pens?

Hi.. well I tried it as I have a metal ink tipped pen, and I did not have much success with it. I couldn’t get the ink to flow. So my answer is no.
