The bag comes with 4 straps with quick connect snaps on one end and just a simple loop on the other. I ran the snap end around a rack rail then through the small loop to make it fast to the rack. Then snapped the strap to the bag snap. The free end of the strap is adjustable at the snap, so just pulled it down tight and trimmed off the excess! Works great! Holds tons of stuff! And it’s expandable with a zipper, like an expandable suitcase! First impressions are that it is well made & should last, it sits over my passenger seat pad & offers a useful extra level of storage that is easily expanded. The straps keeps it securely in place & are easy to adjust while not having vast amounts of webbing that flaps about in the breeze. I have panniers, but don't normally use them because they stick out into the breeze so much. This bag sits behind me out of the way. One small problem is, if fully expanded, when I open the lid of my Top Box hits the lid of this bag. Itxs no big deal, but my Top Box lid won't stay open, just a minor annoyance, not a fault of the bag, but be aware when fitting it to your bike. I love the rain cover, it has a well made feel to it. Internally there's a mesh pocket in the lid allowing for better management of the contents.
