yes it does support monitor and packet injection, as it is a Realtek RTL8811AU chipset, you might have to install the specific drivers in some linux distro's

I cant see the wifi adapter on Kali linux. I installed the drivers on mi host machine and still can’t find the wifi adapter on iwconfig.

If running Kali Linux from Virtual Box. Make sure is not running. Plug in the Adapter. Right click on the Kali Image and select Settings. GO to USB tab. Select USB 2.0. Click on the green + to add a USB. You should see Realtek 802.1.... WLAN Adapter. Select it and save. Unplug the adapter and start Kali Linux. After is started plug in the adapter.

Will this work for a rasberry pie?

Excellent Alfa USB that works with Kali and monitor mode. This does work just fine in linux, do not listen to what people are saying in other reviews. I have used this in Ubuntu and ParrotOS as well with no issue and also use this dongle with my Raspyjack.Below is the command to install driver in linux:Sudo apt install -y realtek-rt188xxau-dkmsSudo reboot
