Kasimir colored pencils

This is a package of very nice and well made colored pencils! Our daughter is very artistic and loves to draw. She had a set of colored pencils, but it's a bit older and it was time for an upgrade. She loved these and started using them right away. Most colored pencils I've seen are perfectly round all the way up, where as these have the six edge sides that are a bit better for grip. There are 48 very beautiful colors that are already sharpened and ready for use. Though these are water soluble colored pencils, our daughter has yet to use these with water. She prefers to use them as just regular colored pencils. I'm sure they work and look great with water, but I cannot comment on that. I do know the colors are beautiful and she very much loves her new set of colored pencils. Her drawings are still great and now have a mix of 48 colors! I highly recommend these pencils as they are a great price, work as intended, have a great color, and can be used with water!

The pencils do perform as the description claims - the water color ability is fun and pretty. Unable to tell what the colors are because none of the labels are in English, but I tried using Google Translate and the translation shows they aren't labeled what color they are - it just says water based coloring pencil. Their customer service is excellent - efficient and courteous. So. overall I think they deserve 4 stars instead of 5 because they are good quality product but I prefer pencils that say what color they are supposed to be as it is difficult to tell just by looking at them.

These pencils were just okay for me. It is much harder to lay down color with them than any other brand I've used, including Crayolas. Some of the leads broke multiple times, which is always frustrating. I also wish they had some sort of color name or number in English on the pencils. I sorted them rainbow style, made color swatches of each pencil, then put a little label on each one indicating the color. The process took three or four hours longer than doing my swatches from other brands.Colors look great and apply really well when you use the pencils wet. I'm personally not in love with how they work with a brush, but that's purely my own preference.Overall, it's a decent set and a great deal if you want to experiment with watercolor pencils without/before buying a premium brand.

These pencils are very nice. The 48 colors are a really nice selection. They arrived very quickly, in good condition and pre-sharpened. They color smoothly and blend well. They are water soluble and that feature works well also with this product. They are easy to sharpen without breakage. While they are not the more pricey name brand, I think these pencils work very well at a great price. The box however isn't very sturdy and makes for removing them and putting back hard, but for the quality it's a easy fix to put them in another container. They also come with a brush. Customer service is great, if there is an issue they take care of it immediately. I would highly recommend this pencil set to anyone looking for a set that is inexpensive for themselves or as a gift. I sincerely wish I had not purchased these pencils. They are not even close to Prismatic pencils. The color is light and does not blend well. The cores are hard rather than soft and I don't see these as any better than Crayola colored pencils with the extra cost. I think I have been spoiled by good pencils, but if I pay $8 I want more than generic colored pencils. These are fine for little kids or people who aren't particularly artistic but the lack of blendability is an issue with "water color" pencils. I will not repurchase these and caution those who enjoy using colored pencils to go with another brand.

Not the best for out right coloring. They are not smooth. Very scratchy.. Even crayola is smoother. However when used with the provided paint brush the color is really nice. My kids are amazed by them. They do blend well together when water is added. I don't see myself using these for coloring much, because I do the adult coloring books, but will be fun to use with the kids.

I just received The Raniaco Art Colored Pencils and couldn't wait to try them out. They work just like regular colored pencils until you add water. The watercolor pencil set also included a brush. They work ok as colored pencils but using them as watercolors is where they shined. I tried them out in the Vive Le Colour Flowers coloring book. After coloring in my flowers I went over them with a small amount of water using the enclosed brush and the colors deepened and intensified. Dipping the tip of the pencils in water allowed me to go in and add detail with deeply saturated color. I was also able to color on a separate sheet and pick up the color with my watercolor brush and use it that way. Overall, I was very satisfied with my purchase. It is a great set to try watercolor pencils. You get a nice range of colors at what I considered a reasonable price. You just have to make sure you are using appropriate paper that will withstand the use of water on the paper.

These are good for the price. They are softer than the normal crayola pencils. They arrived in a decent condition. although they looked as if they had been bounced around a lot by the marks on the top of the box and the few pointy ends that were broken. They aren't as good as artist pencils but I bought them for use in my adult coloring book and they will be fine for that. I did have one pencil that the color lead would come straight out of the end with even the lightest pressure. I put a piece of tape over the end and that worked.
