Q: Should this product have an off-white creamy consistency or a clear, translucent?

I am not sure but it has coconut oil so that can give a creamy texture but I believe that the soap is translucent.

Q: What is the dilution ratio to use it as a shampoo?

It depends upon your hair - use an empty bottle and dilute the Castile soap with water but don’t shake it it will foam up just stir it. If you have color treated hair it may remove the color and is not suggested. It is very gentle on scalps but it can cause tangles so don’t scrub too hard and have conditioner ready.

Q: Is this product safe for toddlers

It's an all natural plant based soap. I am pretty sure it's safe for everything. I dilute it with water.

Q: Does this work for laundry ?

Hello! I understand you can use it for your laundry and your dishes. I have not used for either. Your supposed to be able to use it as a shampoo also, I have not done that either.
