Yes, it is dairy free!! I have been taking Complete Probiotics for over ayear now and will carry on. Probiotics are the key to complete health through a healthy gut.

Is this gluten and soy free?

yes .... and the best probiotic i have ever taken !.... I am gluten and dairy free ...

Is this product vegan or vegetarian friendly, and doesn't have anything from animal?

It is both vegan and vegetarian friendly, and to my knowledge it does not have anything from animals. I have been taking this for years. I order directly from the Mercola site where I can get a 90-day supply vs. 60 days.

When these were shipped to me unrefrigerated it was in the 80s sitting in a parcel locker. Would that have killed many off?

Your body is hotter than that, so prob fine. Besides, microbes tend to thrive in warmer environments. That's why we put food in the fridge.
