I used to work for a weight loss company, worked there for 5 yrs and we had our own brand of carb blockers which i used to take , I would still go time to time to purchase more till i found this ones just doing a google search , i saw the reviews and the price almost half off what I used to pay for the other ones. If you really like your bathroom...
This contains cascara sagrada--a laxative. I should have looked it up before receiving. Not how I want to lose weight.

Didn’t help
I’ve been eating a lower carb diet for the last year. I do soluyso I have tried several types of carb blockers. These didn’t seem to show any progress in my weightless like the others I tried.

I started a fairly strict low carb lifestyle change recently. I try to keep my net carb intake to under 20g per day. There have been a couple of days ( eating out) where this was very hard. I bought this product for such days. I liked them and decided to take them once daily immediately before dinner. I have been losing weight consistently and have had more than I want "cheat meals"...with the holidays and company visiting. I liked them so much that I've recommended them to my friends ( 2 of which have purchased and began taking them) and just bought my second bottle ( even though I still have a halfof a bottle left). I can't say that just eating these and not following a low carb diet/ lifestyle will help you lose weight....I can say that using this product along with following a low carb diet/ lifestyle has helped me and both of my friends who just recently purchased them, too.
