I used this product to cook a boneless turkey breast on my grill. This is the perfect size for that item and it holds the product perfectly in place, creating a nice round football shape. I slap on some salt and pepper and smoke it to 150, then pull it off and let it rest for a bit. The netting pulls right off, leaving you with no mess, and a great presentation on the table. Purchased so that I could sandwich two parts of turkey breast as one "roast", however even with small 4 pound - with bones - of meat, I could not get it inside this size 20 netting. Still useful for maybe pork tenderloin or something else, so not a total loss.

Wide enough for my ham, elastic but I would like it to be a little more sturdy. Overall I would recommend to buy.
