Good, trusted product. If you have trouble swallowing pills you might want to avoid this one as they're larger than most (about the same size as a Centrum multivitamin). Definitely recommend taking them with food to avoid any fishy burps. Will definitely buy them again.

B100 complex is a good choice. As it is made biologically and not chemically, it should be better. Should be consistent with the proper stereoisomers, or enantomers, for full advantage in your body for most of the B vitamins.

I really like this product because it has the necessary amounts of B vitamins. I bought it because my memory was failing me sometimes, and after taking it for a while, I've noticed the difference.It's also helped me with my vitamin B12, which I always have a little bit of.
