I've read that Starwest (whose products I have bought) is allegedly selling products from China and saying it's from the US.Where is this from ?

We have known Starwest to be a company of honesty and integrity. Their herbs are sourced from countries all over the world including China. The label on each herbal product clearly states the country of origin along with a sku# for each product. You can always email me to inquire about the country of origin for a specific herbal product that we sell in our Amazon store.

What country is the cayenne products from?

This particular product originates from India

What is the best way to store this product and excess -- glass container and excess in freezer? Thank you!

Thank you very much for the prompt response. The only thing is Ball canning jars are clear -- do you think an opaque glass is needed?

How many heat units are in 1/8 teaspoons?

Not enough. I had to start growing Carolina Reapers..
