Great band! Works better than any other I've used. I just wish it came with a printed guide of exercises to do. UPDATED: there is a digital manual you can download from the company.

I have impingement syndrome in my shoulders and have to do resistance exercises. This resistance band is very nice. You won't lose your grip on it and and is a very nice color. It meets with what my physical therapist recommended as well. I received this item at a discount in exchange for an honest and unbiased review. The loops allow me to use it around door handles or the short arms of my tread mill. I really like it and it works great for me. I highly recommend it for resistance exercises whether they are for getting fit or for physical therapy. This is made very well and will last a long time.

I bought this resistance band for stretching as well as exercise.This resistance band is by far the nicest one I have used and I have used many.This is an absolutely brilliant design. First of all its easy to grip because it has a cylindrical shape and gel like tiny hubbies that my hands and feet don't slip out of. Second it has the chain link type divided loops which you can easily tighten or loosen your resistance without wrapping it around your hand. Or like some resistance bands they sell in a set so you have stronger ones or longer ones. This band totally eliminates the needs for more than one. And it's just so much easier to use than the other kinds.It's just a pleasure to work with this band to do my posture and Pilates exercises with. It makes it more fun to work out because of the versatility of this exercise band.This product totally suits my needs and I am happy my my other resistance band broke! I purchased this band to help build strength in my lower back in order to alleviate back pain. I've only been using it for a week, but I am already quite impressed. The design makes it so easy to use. It is soft and comfortable, yet strong and latex free. The resistance is easily adjusted just by positioning hands in the different loops.The digital guide gave a good explanation about how to use the band safely and effectively. I originally did not receive the link with my confirmation email, but I contacted the vendor and received a response, with the guide, within a few hours. I would have liked to see a few more exercises included rather than a link to a Pinterest board with exercises, but that's minor and shouldn't discourage anyone from purchasing this great band.I received this product at a discount in exchange for an unbiased review. As a personal trainer I'm always looking for new workout equipment. I usually carry around 3-4 different bands for different resistance but now all I need is this one band. It's super durable and lightweight. I really love the handles because I can loops my feet and hands into it for different variations. This band has helped me increase my coordination and flexibility. It's perfect for traveling and at home workouts when I don't want to pull out my weights but want an extra challenge. The material isn't like other bands so it doesn't feel like it's going to fling back at you like other bands. If you're a beginner look for a little variety this is your band. If you're super advanced this band will help add a challenge to your balance coordination and flexibility.Although I received this product as a discount I would definitely pay full price because I hate the hassle of carrying so much equipment when traveling or training my clients

This was delivered quickly and was packaged appropriately. My wife is using it to strengthen areas learned in physical therapy after a second back surgery. My son is using it to do strengthening exercises recommend my his goolf instructor. Both are getting great results. My wife epecially likes that it is ONE item, not 3 or 4 bands to try and keep straight. With this new band and her foam roller, she is good to go.
