There is no way of attaching the supplied cable to the weight stack. So on delivery it is useless.Worryingly the customer service number plays the message: “This person’s phone is switched off. Please try later.” Which contrasts with their website that states "Fit4Home employs a dedicated customer service team to ensure the consumer is provided with the best service and experience. For any queries or issues feel free to contact us via e-mail or phone."I have also emailed them and had no response so far.I messaged them from Amazon and have just had an automated response.I'll update this message as things develop.Product looks good and seems decent quality but at the moment its unusable.UPDATE ONE WEEK IN: The defective part has arrived and the multigym now works. Raising the issue via amazon worked well No response to my email and the phone line is never answered though. It does do everything that it says in the ad and is in keeping with the pictures. It looks good. It is a basic bit of kit to get you going on a good range of exercises with an impressive weight stack. My intention was to buy this, see if I could get back into gym work and then consider upgrading when I wanted better. Where it fails is that the range of movement in each exercise isn't great. The cables don't flow smoothly and there is a bit of wobble in the equipment. That said I do recommend it for a budget entry level multigym with a good range of exercises.

Easy to assemble

Mu received half f this order one day and the remainder a week later so wasn’t off to a great start.I began unboxing and noticed several issues includingFrayed cordsSlit in the seat upholsteryInaccurate welding of holes making assembly almost impossible.Missing one hand gripHaving spent several months arguing with manufacturers to get parts the machine has needed r be partially dismantled several times to accommodate new pieces t replace those which where broken.Despite being professionally assembled it feels incredibly unsafe it wobbles and feels very brittle and unsafe.The manufacturers have refused to refund the item.It is currently being used as a coat rack which is about all its good for

Easy to assemble, but weights are not marked so you will need to weigh each one. Would be great if it came with a basic training guide to show muscle groups to exercises

This is an ideal gym for people not wanting to build loads of muscle mass. I use this for toning the upper parts of the body and getting fitter.

Easy to put up and a good weight stack too. Can seem a little loose for some exercises and the lat pull down doesn’t have much movement.Seat had a rip in it.

The equipment required two people to assemble very sturdy equipment customer services were brilliant when we had an issue not understanding the instructions.

The Gym took 8 hours to buildHowever, once done has the following issues:1. Rocks back and forth when using it2. Chest Press bends when using it3. The bar that goes into the stack of weights catches when you use it, so interrupting reps4. 2 missing washersSadly, the supplier failed to provide a solution to this apart from offering a refund. The only catch being they then insist that you spend another 5-6 hours dismantling it with no regards to the several hours you already invested in putting it together.In this time and age where everything can be done over video conference i was surprised that they refused to get a technician to call and work out what parts need replacing it.Very disappointed.
