First I want to talk about why I purchase his vacuum it had a roomba for years. Rumbas had us issues but the main issue was the spinning brush portion that sweeps dirt into the center section to vac it up continue to fall off. In my opinion this is the most important part of any robotic vacuum This hope to get into those top corners and a long baseboards. My rumba only has one of them and it’s attached by a small screw. The brush portion in the screw would fall off mid sweep and I’d either find the screw in the dirt container or have to call rumba pay shipping and get a new screw! The customer service was horrible and I was sick of doing it. Enter Moosoo! This robotic vacuum has 1 billion more features than the roomba I had. It also has two spinning brushes making it almost twice as affective. On the Moosoo those brushes are connected by a screw the clip on ( Great design idea). So if they ever do fall off I’m not looking for two parts I’m only looking for a large brush. I can tell you from putting them on they are not going anywhere they are more secure than being held on by screw like my roomba. That’s it if they fall off and you can’t find a large sweeping brush they give you extras! The future of being able to turn on from my cell phone when I’m not at home is awesome. Not sure that I’ll use the remote control much but it’s nice to have. I would imagine for somebody who’s early they wouldn’t have to bend down twice once to turn it on and wants to empty they can just flip a switch and use the remote. This unit comes with extra filters, love that. On the main charging station they even have a little brush and cutter for any hair or dirt that clogs up anything. This cutter clips right in for easy storage.I am overly impressed.I would buy again. I hope this was helpful.

This is my second robot vacuum, I purchased this vacuum to replace my old robot vacuum eufy by Anker purchased on 2018.This Wi-Fi Connectivity MOOSOO 1800PA Robotic Vacuum Cleaner is an improvement and almost a perfect replacement. It is Very easy to use and easy to follow instructions. The vacuum is powerful to pull so much up. It picks up dirt and fur efficiently. I have all hardwood floors on my main floor which includes a dining room, living room, and two bedrooms. I run it everyday and I am impressed by how much stuff it gets (especially when it goes under things such as the couch). If it gets caught on a cord, it usually takes 5-10 seconds but then it stops the suctioning and moves away. However if you have a small cord you should put it up (and you should regardless, I just noticed it doing this a few times and thought it was neat, but I do try to pick up all cords).The vacuum running time is also good and no degradation of battery performance. Also, this vacuum is with automatically recharge when MOOSOO robotic vacuum finishes its cleaning or the battery is low, it will automatically return to the charging dock. Overall, I really like this.

My kid makes lots of food messes and I was having to sweep the hardwood floors after every meal. Now the robot vacuum does it for me. It saves a lot of time and the house is able to stay much cleaner. I like that it came with some extra brushes to help collect dirt from along the baseboards. It works on wood and carpet and makes the transition very well. I really love the way it cleans and picks up the hair for me and operates SO quietly! It’s very easy to operate and quick to set it up with wifi. It has changed my life. I am excited to clean my house. Highly recommend and very satisfied.

Happy to say this is performing as hoped. I have all hardwood floors except for a flat area rug, it is handling both quite well. It seems like I was constantly sweeping up dust bunnies and I couldn’t believe how much dirt and sand we tracked in. I just turn the Moosoo loose and it picks up everything. I do like that they sent an extra set of brushes and an extra air filter. I do think the manual could be better written. It is obvious that it was written by someone who is not a native English speaker. I purchased the extended warranty so I should be good to go. I did have one problem, but it turned out to be a sock stuck in the brush, but it did tell me some something was stuck in the brush. And if it get stuck under furniture it tells you.🤣.

I needed to reduce the time I spend cleaning the house so I can have more time with my children. My husband suggested getting a robot to help with sweeping the floor. The instruction for this robot was fairly easy to set up. I like that this robot can be connected to Alexa and also be control via the phone app when I am away from home and would like to have clean floor when I come home. This robot is quiet for the noise level in our home with kids. We usually walk bare feet inside the house so I like the floor to feel clean against my feet. I'm very happy that this robot cleans my laminated wood floor well because I felt clean walking bare feet after the robot is done. I also like that this robot can clean under the bed, which was difficult for me to use a broom to sweep. The suction is strong and the battery last enough for our living room, kitchen, dinning room and the hallway. I like the feature that the robot knows to come back to charging station when the battery is low. My kids are more motivates to clean up their toys after playing because they know the robot will sweep the floor at night and it can sweep their little lego toys away if they don't clean. We usually let the robot sweep the floor at night when we go to sleep so the house is clean when we wake up in the morning.
