Alex Sports Seat and walking cane is a stable seat and easily supports a person walking.

Not Sturdy
I bought this cane for my mother. It was completely unsuitable. The seat felt flimsy and very insecure. She was afraid it would collapse with her and she only weighs 140 pounds. I brought it back home to just gather dust since it was too late to return it for a refund and no one will use it. My husband, 130 pounds, agreed that it didn't feel like it would hold his weight.

It's a life saver for me when I walk a couple of blocks and get tired I sit and rest for a couple of minutes, I received a lot of compliments.

Seat is smaller than typical
The seat was noticeably smaller than my other sport seat. Also, the center leg (when closed) is not in line with the other legs and likes to catch on things when storing. And, this sports seat is not as stable as my other sport seat.
