Q: Do I need to use a second/ double cleanser for this?

This is a stand-alone cleanser, so you would not need to use another one. We recommend rinsing the residue with warm water.

Q: Will this melt or go bad if shipped in 95 degree weather? My packages often arrive warm/hot from the mail truck.

It may soften up but I don’t think it would liquify or go bad.

Q: Does the cloth come with the cleansing butter?

I didn't get a cloth with mine.
