Is the pattern on the inside or the outside?

There is a ribbed pattern on the outside rim of the plates, the rest is smooth. They are very good quality plates.

Can you freeze these bowls

I have never frozen them so I don’t know. I do love these bowls and use them regularly, not just for pasta.

Is this safe for oven ?

It doesn't say on the base that it is either oven or dishwasher proof, although it does indicate that it is dishwasher and microwave safe on production description on Amazon website. There is no indication that it is oven proof so personally I don't think I would risk placing them in the oven to be on the safe side. Sorry I can't be of more help but hopefully other customers will have experience of this and can answer your question more accurately.

Where are these bowls made .

CSYY is the trademark for company that imports goods from outside EU. Blurb says Chinese porcelain but could be methodology rather than origin. Still the Chinese were making porcelain long before anyone else so should be good 👍

Love these bowls!

These pasta bowls are super pretty! The colours are gorgeous in real life. They’re a great size – big enough for a decent portion without feeling massive – and deep enough that sauces don’t go spilling over the edges. They can be used for different dishes – pasta, salads, curries... They feel sturdy but not heavy, and just nice to hold. Time will say if they are a good value for money or not.

Lovely plates though quality not so impressive...

I ordered 4 of these plates about a year ago and they were fantastic : sturdy, oven proof and beautiful. Loved them so much that I ordered another 4 a year later... However this was a completely different patch with much thinner and more fragile plates that I wouldn't advise putting in the oven. They are beautiful plates though it is obvious that the quality is not what it used to be... a bit disappointing...
